We want your Oʻahu adventure to feel stress-free from the start. Here are answers to the most common questions guests ask about Aina Holo Tours.
Our private Mercedes Sprinter seats up to 10 guests comfortably. Perfect for families, friends, or small groups who want to experience Oʻahu together.
We welcome families and keiki to join us on our tours! In accordance with Hawaiʻi law, car seats or booster seats are required for children under 8 unless they are taller than 4 feet 9 inches.
If you’ll be bringing your own, great! If not, we can provide a booster seat for your keiki for a small rental fee — just let us know in advance so we can have it ready for you.
As we visit some breathtaking spots, please be mindful that certain areas, especially near cliffs or nature trails, can be hazardous for children. We kindly ask that you keep a close eye on your keiki to ensure everyone's safety while exploring.

We believe in creating a personalized experience for each group! Instead of a set itinerary, we build a custom day plan around your group’s wants, needs, and pace. Think of it as: your day, your way.
Food, drinks, activity/entrance fees, and optional excursions (like snorkeling tours or cultural sites) are not included. However, we’ll gladly help you add on anything you choose to better customize your day — from meals to activities — so you can have your ideal experience.
We’ll pick you up anywhere on the island. Whether it’s your hotel, vacation rental, airport, or a custom location, just let us know what’s easiest for your group!
For all our tours, we require full payment at the time of booking. This ensures that your tour is secured and that we can properly prepare for your customized experience. We accept major credit cards, secure online payments, and Venmo for your convenience.
To pay via Venmo, simply send your payment to @AinaHoloTours and include your booking reference or tour date in the notes.

Our Mercedes Sprinter van is equipped with steps for access and does not have a ramp. The van is higher off the ground, which means there are steps to climb. We recommend checking with us in advance if anyone in your group has mobility challenges, so we can discuss your options and make sure you have the best experience possible.
Yes. We are fully licensed & insured under the Hawaiʻi Public Utilities Commission (PUC) to operate as a tour company.
