Custom does not mean every stop on the island will fit into every tour. It means your day is planned around what is realistic for your group and the time booked. 

Our private Mercedes Sprinter seats up to 10 guests comfortably. Perfect for families, friends, or small groups who want to experience Oʻahu together.  

Most private tours include private Mercedes Sprinter transportation, pickup and drop-off, driver/host, route support, bottled water, cooler, phone charging, and onboard comforts.

Yes, we offer private tours. Please  Meals, drinks, paid activities, entrance fees, equipment rentals, and gratuities are not included unless stated. 

If your group wants to add a paid activity or attraction, we can help plan timing around it when possible.

Pickup is available across Oʻahu, including Waikīkī, Honolulu, Ko Olina, HNL airport, Honolulu cruise port, resort areas, and many vacation rental locations. 

Some pickups may depend on access, timing, and route.  

No. USS Arizona Memorial access depends on reservation availability.

When available, we can assist with reservations under our authorization. If reservations are unavailable, we can explain the standby option so your group knows what to expect.

 Our 6-hour Pearl Harbor tour includes private pickup and drop-off transportation, time at the Pearl Harbor Visitor Center, USS Arizona Memorial reservation assistance when available, standby guidance if reservations are unavailable, and possible Honolulu drive-bys when time allows.

Guests explore the Pearl Harbor Visitor Center, memorial areas, exhibits, and available programs on their own.

No. Battleship Missouri Memorial, Pearl Harbor Aviation Museum, USS Bowfin Submarine Museum, and the Ford Island Bus Tour are separate paid attractions and are not included unless stated.

Guests who want to visit those attractions may purchase tickets separately when available.

Yes. The Pearl Harbor tour works well for guests arriving early at HNL who cannot check into their hotel yet.

We meet your group at the pre-arranged HNL pickup area, keep your luggage with the private vehicle and driver/host during your Pearl Harbor visit, then continue with hotel drop-off or another agreed drop-off location.

For arrival-day airport pickups, your luggage stays with the private vehicle and driver/host during your Pearl Harbor visit.

Guests should keep IDs, wallets, medications, and valuables with them.

Yes. We offer private HNL airport transfers to and from Waikīkī, Honolulu, airport-area hotels, Honolulu cruise port, Ko Olina, Turtle Bay, North Shore, Kāneʻohe, Hawaiʻi Kai, and select Oʻahu areas. 

Airport transfers are private and priced per vehicle.

Yes. We offer both arrival and departure transfers.

Guests can book transportation from HNL to their hotel, resort, cruise port, or select Oʻahu area, and also back to HNL at the end of their stay.

Yes. We offer private pickup from Honolulu Harbor, including Pier 2 and Pier 11 when accessible and appropriate for your ship’s arrival.

Pickup details are planned around your confirmed cruise information.

Yes. Your group can be dropped off back at the cruise port when booked as a round-trip cruise port tour.

Routes are planned around your return-to-port timing. Final route decisions may be adjusted based on traffic, weather, attraction delays, and time remaining.

For airport and cruise port transportation, each guest may bring 1 checked bag and 1 personal item.

Luggage capacity depends on group size and bag count. If large luggage volume requires a second vehicle trip, a $150 excess baggage fee applies.

Payment is collected at the time of booking through our secure online booking system.

This secures your tour or transfer and allows us to prepare the details for your group. For custom transportation requests or special arrangements, we may provide separate payment instructions after confirming availability.

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled tour or transfer are eligible for a full refund, minus any non-refundable third-party fees.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service are eligible for a 50% refund. No-shows and missed pickups are non-refundable.

Yes. Families and keiki are welcome on our private tours.

For safety, some stops may be near cliffs, roads, uneven ground, water, or nature areas. Adults are responsible for supervising children throughout the tour.

Child seats or booster seats are available when requested in advance.

Please let us know the age, height, and weight of each child who may need a child seat or booster so we can plan appropriately.

Our Mercedes Sprinter has steps for access and does not have a ramp.

The van sits higher off the ground, so guests must be able to use the steps to enter and exit. Please contact us before booking if anyone in your group has mobility concerns so we can discuss whether the vehicle is a good fit.

Yes. ʻĀina Holo Tours is licensed and insured to provide private Oʻahu tours and transportation.
